Ericcson is a world-leading supplier of telecommunications equipment. They required a solution to manage all of their products and documents. Hybris’ Product Content Management solution (PCM) was chosen as the platform to support 20,000 internal users and 300 editors.
The entire Ericcson product catalogue resides in the hybris PCM and customers and partners access this information over the extranet, whilst information is shared internally over the intranet using Microsoft Sharepoint. hybris B2C Commerce is supporting Lebara’s web channel, delivering web content management, ratings and reviews, internationalisation, content and digital asset management plus product and price information. Telmore is a Danish VMNO (Virtual Mobile Network Operator), 100% owned by Danish Telecoms operator TDC. They are an online-only company with no retail outlets and are focused on providing excellent customer experience at the lowest optimal cost. All services are available as ‘self-service’ through the Telmore website and customers have an online account which is used for all purchases.
